The purchase of a digital file or download of a Free digital file from this site constitutes license for unlimited, royalty-free use of the images subject to the following conditions.
The resale or redistribution by any means of the files in digital or physical form is strictly prohibited.
Image may not be used with spam nor used in any way that is in contravention of any legal statutes in force in your jurisdiction(s).
No use of the image in a pornographic context is permitted.
No use together with defamatory content is permitted.
No use that infringes upon the copyright is permitted.
All files are sold as-is. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
Jpeg files are in limited resolution.
TIFF files are LZW-compressed in full resolution.
Printing is at 300dpi or higher on photographic-quality paper.
Free images are provided for the user's personal, strictly non-commercial use only.
In the context of public display of a free image, the following attribution should appear on or immediately next to the image: "© Marie Velde 2009"
